石油石化防腐涂料迎来军民融合发展新机遇

4月初,在中国石油技术开发公司举办的石油石化防腐涂料技术交流会上,以海军某研究所为技术依托,具有近50年防腐涂料研究历史的北京银帆涂料公司生产研发的系列防腐涂料受到关注。

“目前,氟硅行业已经成为国民经济的重要行业,同时面临产能过剩显现、高端产品缺乏、扩产能冲动难抑的挑战。”中国石油和化学工业联合会副会长傅向升认为,氟硅行业要想突围,必须把握机遇强化创新,包括横向协同创新和上下游的纵向协同创新。”

据氟硅协会统计数据显示,2016年我国主要氟化工产品除聚四氟乙烯产量下降外,其余产品与2015年相比均有所增长,多数产品价格同比提升;进出口方面,尽管出口量普遍增长,但价格却大多下跌,同时出口低端产品、进口高端产品的状况也导致进口产品价格远高于出口产品价格;氟硅产业的投资依然较旺,2016年拟建的氟化工项目投资约86亿元。针对氟硅行业今后的发展,协会理事长曹先军表示,氟硅行业应紧抓机遇,向专用化、系列化、精细化、高端化发展,改变目前行业结构性过剩的现状。

氟硅产业是重要的化工新材料门类,在国防军工、航空航天等领域发挥着重要作用。国防科工局协作配套中心主任助理李殿国认为,军民融合是氟硅行业的发展机遇。“十三五”期间,国防科工将进一步提高材料的技术成熟度,探索下一代高性能基础原材料。借助进口替代专项,组织对高品质苯基硅橡胶、氟醚橡胶等进行替代研究;超前安排一批具有跨代意义的高强度氟硅橡胶、-40℃耐受等级的氟醚橡胶等项目。氟硅企业可根据自身能力和优势,从中选择合适的产品和项目。

工信部原材料司副司长潘爱华强调,作为化工新材料的一个重要门类,氟硅产业应密切关注今年化工新材料领域的三项发展重点:一是高性能复合材料创新中心建设方案的研究;二是电子化工新材料生产应用示范平台组建方案的制定;三是化工新材料进口依存度较高的短板品种的进一步梳理。

ACCORDING TO THE STATISTICS OF THE FLUOROSILICATE ASSOCIATION,THE CAPACITY OF OUR MAJOR FLUORINE CHEMICAL PRODUCTS HAS INCREASED EXCEPT POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE COMPARED WITH 2015. AND PRICE ALSO INCREASES FOR MOST PRODUCTS COMPARED WITH 2015. ON EXPORTING AND IMPORTING, THE VOLUME OF EXPORTING HAS GENERAL INCREASED BUT PRICE HAS MOSTLY FALLEN. OUR SITUATION OF EXPORTING LOW-END PRODUCT AND IMPORTING HIGH-END PRODUCTS CAUSED THE PRICE OF IMPORTED PRODUCTS ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN OUR EXPORTED PRODUCTS.INVESTMENT IN FLUOROSILICONE INDUSTRY IS STILL BOOMING. THE INVESTMENT OF THE PROPOSED FLUORINE CHEMICAL PROJECT IS ABOUT RMB8.6 BILLION IN 2016. FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF FLUORINE INDUSTRY, CAO XIANJUN,A CHAIRMAN OF THE ASSOCIATION SAID THAT WE SHOULD SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP INTO SPECIALIZATION,SERIALIZATION,REFINEMENT AND HIGH END DEVELOPMENT. TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF STRUCTUAL EXCESS.

 

FLUOROSILICONE INDUSTRY IS AN IMPORTANT CATEGORY OF NEW CHEMICAL MATERIALS, IT PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN NATIONAL DEFENSE INDUSTRY, AEROSPACE AND OTHER FIELDS.
